不要试图一次完成所有目标。你不可能在一个晚上就成为你想要的状况,也不可能在一个晚上就改变所有的东西。将注意力集中在那些对你和你的工作重要的大类上。找到你在今后几个星期里集中精力要改进的项目,写出行动计划。
Do not attempt to achieve everything at once. You can’t be what you expect overnight, nor can you change everything. Focus on those that are important to you and to your work; try to find out what you can improve in the coming weeks and put them on your action plan.
